Why am I writing about talent?

 

Having spent 8 years in talent development career I could not think of a closer to me  subject other than career development. I am sharing with you my thoughts, ideas and experienced based – advise. I am qualified performance coach and have worked with thousands of professionals on the career subject matters. I worked as an employment and careers advisor, performance coach, skills trainer and in-house headhunter for big names (Apple, Ingeus -a Deloitte company , Department for Work and Pensions, FinTech both corporate and start-up businesses).
