Gluten-free home made bread

I am just back from amazing South America trip and I'll write about my Gluten-Free diet struggles whilst on travel- later on in my future posts. Being back- I am well excited about my home GF baking- and here is my new square GF bread recipe:

GF Oats flour - 400G Potato Flour 100g Large spoon of salt (rock or himalayan) Spoon of yeast 500 min warm water 1. Mix salt with water 2. Add the rest of ingredients and mix well all 3. Wait for approx 1h 20mins 4. Bake in 200 degrees oven for approx 55-60 min 5. Enjoy your GF beauty. Tastes great both sweet and sour. The baking tray I used is 24x24cm :) #StayHappyAndCarryON
