Gluten Free Bread- Yum Yum.

300 ml x2 (600) cup of Buckwheat flour

300ml cup of Oats GF Flour

6 large tablespoons of potato starch

1 tablespoon of salt

400ml of water

1 spoon of yeast

Do it my way:

Mix salt with warm water

Mix the rest

Add the salted water to the flour mix

Input well-mixed dough into the baking tray (filled with baking paper)

  1. Leave for 1hour 20mins in a warm kitchen*

  2. Place into 200 Celsjus warmed owen

  3. Enjoy your yuum GF Bread

  4. Have a beautiful GF life :))

*I usually turn on the the electric hob- so the temperature in the kitchen rises- so the yeast gets activated easier.
