The guilt-free (GF) brownies.

What do you need?

GF Oat Flour, Raw Cocoa, Ghee Butter, Brown Sugar, Eggs, Raisins, Desiccated coconut, Dried Giner, Cinamon, GF Baking Powder

Step 1.

Melt: 3 spoons of ghee butter with 2 spoons of brown sugar and 3 spoons of raw cocoa.

Leave a bit of the melt for the topping.

Step 2.


  • 2 cups of gluten free oat flour mix with

  • 2 teaspoons of gf baking powder

  • 3 yolks

  • 2 handfuls of raisins or sultans (or walnuts- to your preference),

  • 2 spoons of desiccated coconut

  • 2 teaspoons of cinnamon

  • half teaspoon of dried ginger

Bit-up the whites separately with pinch of salt and add to the above mix.

Step 3.

Mix everything above mentioned with high speed mixer.

Step 4.

Bake for approx.. 30 mins, temperature: 180 Celsius.

Step 5. Decorate with raspberries, organic raw honey and desiccated coconut.
